From 7-10 June the next EUC Network meeting will be held in Parma, Italy. Central theme of the meeting is “A Tale of a University City: How to create an attractive brand?”
The Municipality and the University have identified branding as a key strategy and have just started their work on this topic. The Municipality is focusing its attention on Food, seen as yet the most recognizible brand of Parma in the world; the University is focusing on how Parma is seen and lived by students and families.
The challenge for both Municipality and University is how to communicate the experience of living, studying and visiting Parma through its colours, flavours and tastes.
